Returns:
Our policy lasts 15 days from the day you receive your order. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Before shipping it back, please make sure it is packaged to properly protect the item while it is being transported. If products are shipped back to us within 15 days of you receiving your order, and the products are in their original condition, we would be happy to provide you with a refund minus any additional shipping charges (example: next day shipping).

Exchange:
We are happy to exchange any product you are not happy with within 30 days of original product shipment day.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be able to be exchanged or returned.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-7 business days depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Instructions:
To return your product, please mail your product to: 3720 Zuni Street, Denver CO 80211 and request a signature to receive the item. Please carefully wrap and package your item to protect it properly during transport. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
