Orders are processed pending and credit card verification. Alex Fitz will contact you via email or phone if there are any issues with your order.

Standard ground shipping is free with your order within the US. Other shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge. 

 

Unless otherwise noted, all Alex Fitz pieces are made to order. Please allow 4 weeks from order date for us to ship your special piece. You will receive an email when your order is on the way!

Alex Fitz does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:
